  •    Correct Legal entity is provided (Sole Trader, Partnership, Company, Trust etc.)
  •    Value of credit limit required (based on maximum exposure over three months)
  •    Personal/Directors guarantees signed and witnessed
  •    All pages including Terms & Conditions must be read in full, acknowledged and accepted
