- Front pages completed in full with 3 trade references - these references must justify the amount of credit requested
- Correct Legal entity is provided (Sole Trader, Partnership, Company, Trust etc.)
- Value of credit limit required (based on maximum exposure over three months)
- Personal/Directors guarantees signed and witnessed (Page 6)
- All pages including Terms & Conditions initialled at the bottom of the page
