- Correct Legal entity is provided (Sole Trader, Partnership, Company, Trust etc.)
- Value of credit limit required (based on maximum exposure over three months)
- Personal/Directors guarantees signed and witnessed
- All pages including Terms & Conditions must be read in full, acknowledged and accepted
