When completing the below Application for Credit Form we require the form to be completed in full and the following to be supplied for us to consider your application.

Oxworks reserves the right to refuse any application that does not fulfill any or all of these requirements.

Please note...

  •    Front pages completed in full with 3 trade references - these references must justify the amount of credit requested
  •    Correct Legal entity is provided (Sole Trader, Partnership, Company, Trust etc.)
  •    Value of credit limit required (based on maximum exposure over three months)
  •    Personal/Directors guarantees signed and witnessed (Page 6)
  •    All pages including Terms & Conditions initialed at the bottom of the page
