Install Considerations
Base Plated Posts
Base plated posts have a recommended 50mm gap from the edges of your site. Adjust your run length to suit your installation requirements.
Gate Width Allowance
Gate Hinge and Latch gaps can vary and are often adjustable. A standard 20mm latch gap and 21mm hinge gap are applied to the visualiser and generated plan. Check your product details for exact spacing requirements.
Equal Batten Spacing
Panel end gaps inherit any leftover length of your fence run. To match your panel end gap with your batten gap, reduce the length of your run until the spacing is similar. All panels require a minimum 40mm end gap.

Our batten panels are NOT tested for pool or balustrade compliance. We recommend looking at our range of certified aluminium balustrade and our available ranges in aluminium tubular and designer pool fencing.
Our visualiser can simulate a combination of single and double pedestrian gates, and larger automated sliding gates. These are custom design gates and lengths can be adjusted to suit your project requirements.
