Pick-Up from Store

Prefer a hands-on approach? You're welcome to pick up your fencing materials directly from our store. With 16 locations across South East Queensland, Sydney, Newcastle & Central Coast, Melbourne, and Perth, this option is perfect for those who want to inspect products firsthand or require immediate access.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Goods will be delivered to the Buyer's address. Alternatively, delivery can be made to the Buyer at the Seller's address.

Yes, the Buyer can authorize the Seller to deliver the Goods to a place nominated by them. The Seller may leave the Goods at the nominated place, whether or not someone is present to accept the delivery.

No, the Seller is not liable for any loss suffered by the Buyer after delivery to the nominated delivery place.

The Seller is not obliged to obtain a signed receipt. However, if a signed receipt is obtained from someone believed to be authorized by the Buyer, it will be conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of the delivered Goods.

Yes, the Seller may deliver the Goods in separate instalments according to the agreed delivery schedule. Each instalment will be invoiced and paid for as per the contract of sale.

The Buyer shall accept the delivered quantity, even if it exceeds or falls short by up to 5%. The Price will be adjusted pro rata to account for any discrepancies.

The failure of the Seller to deliver does not entitle either party to treat the contract as repudiated.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to a failure to deliver the Goods promptly or at all.

The Buyer will pay packaging and delivery charges based on the Seller's current rates at the date of dispatch. If there is no current rate, a reasonable delivery charge will be applied.

Yes, the Seller reserves the right to make a reasonable charge for storage if delivery instructions are not provided by the Buyer within 7 days of a request for such information.

No, any times quoted for delivery are estimates only. The Seller will not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay caused by any factor, whether within or beyond the Seller's control.

No, the Buyer will not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods or services due to delays in delivery or performance.
