Below are important updates on our company policies and procedures.
Victorian Stores – Back to Business As Usual!
Due to the easing of restrictions by the Victorian Government, our Sales offices & Showrooms and are now open and welcoming trade and general public customers again. Our Staff will still be adhering to the social distancing guidelines within each site.
Payment methods are back to normal too, with staff accepting Cash once more, however, Non-Contact payment methods are preferred.
Queensland, New South Wales & Western Australian Stores
Queensland Government have enacted a three-day lockdown of the Greater Brisbane Area in response to the recent COVID-19 developments.
In order to comply with these measures and as part of ongoing efforts to provide customers access to the products they need, Oxworks Stores and Head Office will remain open on Monday the 11th of January. Pickup and delivery customers & staff will be required to wear a mask.

As this is a Queensland Government directive, this is non-negotiable: NO MASK, NO SERVICE.
Please adhere to the strict distancing guidelines within each store and follow instructions from the sales and despatch teams in relation to this.
Pick Ups & Deliveries
Oxworks is offering Non-Contact delivery and pick up options. Delivery is available between 7am and 4pm. Times cannot be guaranteed; however, we can offer guidance on whether the delivery will be AM or PM.
Orders must be placed and paid for prior to 1pm for next day delivery pending our schedule.
Orders can be picked up from our Sales Sites. Orders will be loaded via forklifts where appropriate or left next to your vehicle so you can load yourself. Our Warehouse Supervisor will check the order and leave the paperwork with your order. Please remain in your vehicle until your order is loaded and our team members are more than 1.5 metres away. Please double check your order is correct prior to tie down of your load.
All Quotes are to be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly to your sales reps email if you have it; or by Phone 1300 336 237 with your Quote enquiry. We will endeavour to process all enquiries in 24 hours or sooner. Quotes will be sent to you via return email.
Orders & Payments
All Orders are preferred – via Email or Phone. However, orders can be made in person at our Sales Office providing strict social distancing measures are adhered to.
Orders placed (for stocked items) prior to 1pm will be processed that afternoon and ready for collection the following day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day for collection the day after. An Order Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed.
COD Orders must be paid for prior to collection. Account Orders must have a Purchase Order reference.
Custom Orders will be processed after signed drawings (where required) have been received.
Returns / Refunds
We will not be accepting any returns during this time, unless prior arrangement has been made and at our sole discretion.
All Stores are open still operating under these new guidelines from 7am until 4pm from Monday to Friday to allow for more flexible order / collection times.
Please ensure you respect our staff throughout this process and adhere to the guidelines implemented.
