i4 Development in conjunction with Interior Balance, John O’Shea (Builder), O’Shea & Sons Builders and King Builders developed 3 medium density family sized townhouses with large decks and rumpus rooms, visitor parking and utilities screening. Their aim was to create a design with architectural flair and a practical, generous layout for family interaction and entertaining with friends in a secure environment.

Oxworks’ Semi-Frameless Glass Balustrade System (SG1 – System 2) was used to secure all second story balconies while still accommodating panoramic views towards Brisbane City. Balconies were tiled concrete requiring balustrades to be core drilled.

Oxworks’ Aluminium Slat Privacy Screens were used to aesthetically screen all wall attached air conditioning units and to secure visitor parking areas and all carports.

Oxworks’ Aluminium Slat Privacy Screens were also used to finish off the front fencing as pier in fills. These were set at spacings required by the local council.
